Uri Lavee - CTO Mr. Uri Lavee graduated the Tel-Aviv University Master of Business Administration program in Technology Management and Information Systems in 1997. In 1996 he joined IFEL advanced systems, where he was involved as a system engineer, senior system analyst and software quality assurance engineer in various project for the military and civilian markets. Among these projects, he was involved in the development of major C3I and intelligence system for the IDF, IAF, and the Swiss Army. In 2000 he joined Estimotion Ltd. (currently ITIS Traffic Services Ltd.), where he lead both specification and development efforts of several Estimotion modules. On January 2004, he was appointed as the system engineer of ITIS Traffic Services, and since 2005 he was the R&D manager of the company. Lately he was appointed CTO.
