Dr. Israel Feldman - Co-founder, first CEO and Non-Executive President Dr. Israel Feldman holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.A. in operations research from the University of Tel-Aviv and a Ph.D. in statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He served as the head of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Center for Systems Analysis, where he developed war-games. He was awarded the Israeli government Prize of Excellence for his work in the area. In 1996 he founded and managed a systems analysis house that specializes in large command and control systems, and in 2000 initiated and founded Estimotion Inc. (currently ITIS Traffic Services Ltd.), where he acted as CEO and chief scientist until May 2007. Dr. Feldman continues to contribute to ITIS with his expertise and is involved in commercial and academic enterprises of the company.
