Allon Eshpar - General Manager and Director Mr. Allon Eshpar graduated from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem with a degree in Physics and Mathematics in 1964 and obtained his second degree in nuclear physics from the Weizman institute in 1970. He was involved in research projects in the Nuclear Research Center – Negev in Israel, and in 1971 joined a leading software house in Israel as a senior systems analyst and project manager. In 1979 he joined an Israeli government agency where he directed a big Information Technology Department. In 2000 he was one of the founders of Estimotion Inc. (currently ITIS Traffic Services Ltd.), where he acted as Chief Operation Officer. Since May 2007 he holds the position of General Manager and Director
